Amanda
Founder and Director
Amanda heads up the practice and actively participates in client work. Alongside her integration within the practice, Amanda also regularly works as a tax consultant to other accounting firms in relation to their tax matters.
She also regularly presents a lecture series to experienced practitioners for their Continuous Professional Development.
Darren
Director
Darren has been an integral part of the business since it began. He joined the firm in a much needed administrative and managerial role. He also enjoys getting to know clients and assisting in meeting the high expectations of service that the practice aspires to.
When Amanda is lecturing, he is a reliable chauffeur and enjoys driving Amanda to many a CPD lecture.
Emma
Accounting Manager, VAT returns, Accounts preparation, Company matters, Tax returns
Emma manages the accounts preparation and company clients with great commitment to the practice and all of our clients.
She has achieved an outstanding amount of experience and application in the accounting and taxation world, for her years in practice and this has been achieved by literally dealing with the wide aspects of the client work since joining the practice and working closely with Amanda.
Emma was integral to the growth of the practice into serviced offices, and the recruitment of trainees and so has had great exposure of running a business, which is a skill she brings to client scenarios.
She is an aspiring and quietly ambitious professional and constantly strives for growth and innovation.
Emma is also a keen networker, and enjoys hosting Witney Business Buzz once a month. This provides the opportunity to bring local businesses together and expand our presence in the local community.
Alice
Bookkeeping systems, Accounting Software, Payroll, Self-assessment tax returns
Alice is a Xero hero!
She has a genuine love of accounting software such as Xero and Quickbooks. She is focused on detail and has a true passion for accuracy. Alice will have your accounting records in tip-top condition, in a flash.
Alice is also gaining exceptional experience in preparing self assessment tax returns and all things related. Such as rental accounts and business accounts for unincorporated businesses.
She’s an absolute gem.
Jacqui
Administration Executive
Jacqui is providing valuable support for our administration and internal processes. She brings great energy to these integral aspects of our client work and her experience provides the essential quality that we are striving for.
With over 20 years of HMRC experience, some of which was within the CIS and VAT sectors, it won’t be long before she is back in the saddle on tax matters, and providing further quality to our client work.

Rose is our regular freelancer help. She is experienced in all bookkeeping matters and also assists us with VAT returns and accounts preparation. She is an asset to our team and fits in with us well.
